I wanted to write to let you know how happy I was with the repair done on my car. This was the third time in 25 years that I used your shop, and hopefully the last! If I ever have to again, heaven forbid, I will undoubtedly use your service. The front of my car looks brand new! I will always happily refer your shop in the future.

Having your kid crash the car is never a good experience, however, the direct repair shop program made it bearable. Gentile's did a great job. There were massive repairs and I half expected to have to take the car back after driving it a few days, but there were absolutely no problems. They are also very professional and kind. Thank you.

I am writing to let you know what a wonderful establishment you have. I was in a minor fender bender last week and my insurance company, Progressive, directed me to you.
