I wanted to write to let you know how happy I was with the repair done on my car. This was the third time in 25 years that I used your shop, and hopefully the last! Having your kid crash the car is never a good experience, however, the direct repair shop program made it bearable. Gentile's did a great job. There were massive repairs and I half expected to have to take the car back after driving it a few days, but there were absolutely no problems. They are also very professional and kind. Thank you.

I am writing to let you know what a wonderful establishment you have. I was in a minor fender bender last week and my insurance company, Progressive, directed me to you. From the moment I walked in the door to drop my car off, until the moment I picked up my car, I was treated with kindness and respect, which is often unheard of these days.

I brought the UMV (Ugly Mini Van) in for a front end replacement. I really don't like the vehicle.....When I picked the UMV up after the repair - she actually looked good. I wanted to drive her!
