  • I wanted to write to let you know how happy I was with the repair done on my car.  This was the third time in 25 years that I used your shop, and hopefully the last!  If I ever have to again, heaven forbid, I will undoubtedly use your service.  The front of my car looks brand new!  I will always happily refer your shop in the future.  Thank you also for the wonderful job you did in cleaning the inside and out.  That was truly a pleasant bonus!  Great job to one and all at  Gentile's!

  • Having your kid crash the car is never a good experience, however, the direct repair shop program made it bearable.  Gentile's did a great job.  There were massive repairs and I half expected to have to take the car back after driving it a few days, but there were absolutely no problems.  They are also very professional and kind.  Thank you.

  • I am writing to let you know what a wonderful establishment you have.  I was in a minor fender bender last week and my insurance company, Progressive, directed me to you.  From the moment I walked in the door to drop my car off, until the moment I picked up my car, I was treated with kindness and respect, which is often unheard of these days.

    Dennis was wonderful.  He couldn't have done anything more to make my experience with Gentile's any better.  I was nervous that I would be without my vehicle for the July 4th weekend, but it was ready the day after I brought it in for repair (July 2nd).  I was very impressed by that.  I will tell everyone I know about you and your employees.  You do wonderful work and were a pleasure to deal with.

  • I brought the UMV (Ugly Mini Van) in for a front end replacement.  I really don't like the vehicle.....When I picked the UMV up after the repair - she actually looked good.  I wanted to drive her!  You guys did a FABULOUS job.  The interior looked great too, Wow!  You went the extra mile and I appreciate your service.  You all made me happy!  Thank you for all you do!

  • Thank you for the amazing work you did on our Dodge Magnum.  After the excellent recommendation we had on your shop we knew we had to give you a try even though you are not right around the corner from where we live.  Having tried a few different body shops in Southeastern Michigan over the years, we have chosen never to return to them again.  ​We can honestly say that the drive was worth every mile.  "Maggie", as we affectionately call "her", looks like the accident never happened!  We just can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else to have their vehicle cared for or "repaired".
