Q;Who is responsible for the repairs to my car?
A:The collision shop.
Q:Who is responsible for the deductible?
A:The consumer.
Q: Who is responsible for reimbursing me?
A: Your insurance agency
Q: Can you save me some of my deductible?
A: Truthful repair shops will always answer “no” because your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. It states that you are responsible for the first part of your bill (deductible) and the insurance is responsible for the rest. If for some reason you get the deductible back, it needs to be returned to the insurance company. However, there are ways to reduce your costs honestly (for example appearance allowances). Talk to your insurance company about this matter.
Q:Do I take the money for repairs from my insurance company?
A:Yes, they are responsible for repairing your car back to pre-accident condition. |

Q:If the parts ordered aren’t used on my car, will I get a refund from the shop?
A: Yes, and this will show up on the final repair order.
Q:What is a total loss of a car mean?
A: The total loss of a car means the value of the vehicle minus some of the cost of repairs and the value of the vehicle in damaged condition. An appraiser will determine the actual cash value of the vehicle and the owner should verify this value by their own means.
Q:What is a direct repair shop?
A: It is a shop that requires no adjustor. The vehicle can come directly to our shop and we do the electronic estimate and order the parts. It’s a great time saver!
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Insurance Check, Certified Check, Money Order, Discover, Visa, Master Card, and cash.
